Compared with inorganic or perovskite solar cells, the relatively large non-radiative recombination voltage losses (ΔVnon-rad) in organic solar cells (OSCs) limit the improvement of the open-circuit voltage (Voc). Herein, OSCs are fabricated by adopting two pairs of D–π–A polymers (PBT1-C/PBT1-C-2Cl and PBDB-T/PBDB-T-2Cl) as electron donors and a wide-bandgap molecule BTA3 as the electron acceptor. In these blends, a charge-transfer state energy (ECT) as high as 1.70–1.76 eV is achieved, leading to small energetic differences between the singlet excited states and charge-transfer states (ΔECT ≈ 0.1 eV). In addition, after introducing chlorine atoms into the π-bridge or the side chain of benzodithiophene (BDT) unit, electroluminescence external quantum efficiencies as high as 1.9 × 10−3 and 1.0 × 10−3 are realized in OSCs based on PBTI-C-2Cl and PBDB-T-2Cl, respectively. Their corresponding ΔVnon-rad are 0.16 and 0.17 V, which are lower than those of OSCs based on the analog polymers without a chlorine atom (0.21 and 0.24 V for PBT1-C and PBDB-T, respectively), resulting in high Voc of 1.3 V. The ΔVnon-rad of 0.16 V and Voc of 1.3 V achieved in PBT1-C-2Cl:BTA3 OSCs are thought to represent the best values for solution-processed OSCs reported in the literature so far.  相似文献

Tungsten oxide (WO3) nanoplate films with a relatively rough surface were successfully fabricated via a simple hydrothermal method, followed by the hybrid microwave annealing (HMA) treatment only a few minutes for the first time. The microscopic morphology and phase were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM), Raman spectrum and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Photoelectrochemical measurements demonstrated that the obtained WO3 film of microwave processing for 11 min exhibited the photocurrent density of 1.60 mA/cm2 at 1.2 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) and the IPCE value of 55% at 355 nm under an applied voltage of 1.0 V (vs. Ag/AgCl), which were about 3 and 2.5 times compared with the WO3 film prepared by the conventional annealing method, respectively. Moreover, the WO3-HMA films were applied to the versatile photoanode-driven photoelectrochemical system for CO2 reduction into formic acid. The maximum formic acid generation rate and faradaic efficiency of the WO3-HMA films were 9.21 μmol h?1 cm?2 and 45.45%, respectively. This study provided a facial and rapid method to synthesize the high-performance WO3 photoanodes with better photoelectrochemical and photoelectrocatalytic activities.  相似文献

为探明甲烷在钯基二聚体催化剂上脱氢反应过程的微观机理,对甲烷燃烧催化剂的设计与使用提供指导。在M06L/6-311++G(d,p)+SDD//M06L/6-311G(d,p)+LANL2DZ基组水平上,采用密度泛函理论(DFT)对甲烷在钯基二聚体催化剂(Pd_2、PdPt和PdNi)上的脱氢过程进行了研究。对比了甲烷在催化剂Pd_2、PdPt和PdNi上反应的能垒(E_b)、活化能(E_a)及反应速率常数(k),结果表明:CH_2→CH是甲烷在二聚体Pd_2反应的速率控制步骤(RDS),而CH_3→CH_2是催化剂PdPt和PdNi反应的RDS;钯基二聚体催化剂对甲烷脱氢的催化活性顺序为PdPtPd_2PdNi;抗积炭性能顺序为PdNiPd_2PdPt。PdPt适用于要求催化效率较高的项目,而抗积炭性能较好的PdNi催化剂可用于大型工业催化。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The high-pressure sliding (HPS) process was applied for grain refinement of a pipe form of an Al-3wt%Mg-0.2wt%Sc alloy by developing two types of straining techniques (called in this study anvil sliding and mandrel sliding). To achieve a homogeneous microstructure throughout the cross-section of the pipe, the sample is rotated around the longitudinal axis every after sliding operation by introducing multi-pass technique, named multi-pass HPS (MP-HPS) as developed earlier for rods. The MP-HPS-processed sample shows ultrafine-grained structures with an average grain size of ~260 and ~300?nm after the HPS processing using anvil sliding and mandrel sliding. The samples also exhibit superplasticity with total elongations well more than 400%, respectively. A finite-element method is used to simulate the evolution of strain in the HPS processing and demonstrates that the simulation well represents the experimental results.  相似文献

Indoor air cleaning systems that incorporate CO2 sorbent materials enable HVAC load shifting and efficiency improvements. This study developed a bench-scale experimental system to evaluate the performance of a sorbent under controlled operation conditions. A thermostatic holder containing 3.15 g sorbent was connected to a manifold that delivered CO2-enriched air at a known temperature and relative humidity (RH). The air stream was also enriched with 0.8-2.1 ppm formaldehyde. The CO2 concentration was monitored in real-time upstream and downstream of the sorbent, and integrated formaldehyde samples were collected at different times using DNPH-coated silica cartridges. Sorbent regeneration was carried out by circulating clean air in countercurrent. Almost 200 loading/regeneration cycles were performed in the span of 17 months, from which 104 were carried out at reference test conditions defined by loading with air at 25°C, 38% RH, and 1000 ppm CO2, and regenerating with air at 80°C, 3% RH and 400 ppm CO2. The working capacity decreased slightly from 43-44 mg CO2 per g sorbent to 39-40 mg per g over the 17 months. The capacity increased with lower loading temperature (in the range 15-35°C) and higher regeneration temperature, between 40 and 80°C. The CO2 capacity was not sensitive to the moisture content in the range 6-9 g/m3, and decreased slightly when dry air was used. Loading isothermal breakthrough curves were fitted to three simple adsorption models, verifying that pseudo-first-order kinetics appropriately describes the adsorption process. The model predicted that equilibrium capacities decreased with increasing temperature from 15 to 35°C, while adsorption rate constants slightly increased. The formaldehyde adsorption efficiency was 80%-99% in different cycles, corresponding to an average capacity of 86 ± 36 µg/g. Formaldehyde was not quantitatively released during regeneration, but its accumulation on the sorbent did not affect CO2 adsorption.  相似文献

This article focuses on controlling the morphology of regenerated cellulose aerogel (RCA) and its application as a template for the preparation of functional cellulose nanoparticles (FCNPs). RCA is prepared by lyophilizing cellulose hydrogel which is fabricated through a sol–gel method in sodium hydroxide (NaOH)/urea aqueous solution. The morphology of RCA is adjusted by varying the gelation temperature and time. With the gelation temperature and time increasing, lamellar RCA transforms into strings of cellulose nanoparticles. Subsequently, RCA with the morphology of "strings of nanoparticles" is modified through the bulk condensation of l -lactic acid and RCA. Eventually, the prepared functionalized RCA (FRCA) is dispersed in an organic solvent to obtain purified FCNPs. The results demonstrate that single FCNP can be obtained by dispersing FRCA in dimethyl sulfoxide. Moreover, the prepared FCNPs have uniform size, good thermal-stability, and increasing hydrophobicity, which are ideal candidates for polymer composites in terms of fillers.  相似文献

以工业活性轻烧氧化镁粉和盐酸为原料,采用水溶液法制备了碱式氯化镁晶须,继而采用硅烷偶联剂对碱式氯化镁晶须进行改性,然后将其与丁苯橡胶混炼得到改性碱式氯化镁晶须/丁苯橡胶复合材料,研究了改性碱式氯化镁晶须对丁苯橡胶力学性能及热学性能的影响。结果表明:采用水溶液法制备得到的碱式氯化镁晶须结构为Mg2(OH)3Cl·4H2O,呈微细纤维状,分布较均匀,长径比大于20;改性碱式氯化镁晶须的加入,可以改善丁苯橡胶的机械强度和阻燃性能。  相似文献
